What you can do at our portal?
Lodge complains: For lodging complaints users can navigate to Complaints sections and use drop down list to access Lodge Complaints form. Once the form is submitted a mail notification would be sent to the users mail Id containing his complain number.

Check Complain status:The user can check the status of his complain by navigating to Complaints status form.Once the user writes down his complain number in the complain number field his complain status along with his name and original complain is populated in the same form.
Give Feedback and suggestions: The customers can give their inputs on the service availed and any suggestions they would like to make by navigating to the Feedback tab.
Check Contacts: The address of the service provider is given under Contacts tab.
